President – Kathryne Psihogios, CRP VP, Relocation & Corporate Services | Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty Kathryne has been at Cascade Hasson Sotheby's International Realty since 2006. She’s currently leading the team for relocation and corporate services. Kathryne takes pride in her role as a connector, fostering relationships and helping others. The real estate industry has always been a passion. As a member of PRC for many years, she joined the PRC Board in 2020, where she began as the Education Chair. She’s a member of Worldwide ERC and is actively involved in Relocation Director’s Council. She holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation. As an alumna of the University of Oregon (Go Ducks!), she values learning and development. Beyond her professional achievements, Kathryne is a devoted wife and mother, actively immersed in her Greek culture. In her leisure time, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and skiing, has a passion for cooking, and takes pleasure in attending concerts. A long-time resident of Portland, OR she appreciates the city's unique charm and loves the chance to explore the restaurant scene. Vice President – Michael James, CCHP Vice President of Client Development | Nomad Temporary Housing Michael is Vice President of Client Development for Nomad Temporary Housing and has been working in the relocation & hospitality industry for over 9 years. He has been a member of the Portland Relocation Council since 2015 and a board member since 2018. Prior to joining the relocation industry, Michael worked in Finance where he held several positions working for a family owned community bank. In addition to his PRC involvement, Michael is a board member for the PSRC (Puget Sound Relocation Council) in Seattle and a member of BAMM (Bay Area Mobility Management). Outside of work, Michael enjoys adventuring with his wife and their doodle in their RV, attending concerts whenever possible and tackling more home renovation projects.
Treasurer – Eric White Eric has been in the transportation industry for 29 years. For the past 9 years, he has been working in the mobility space as a member of the Chipman team. Eric has been involved with the PRC for 8 years and is excited to start his first full term as a board member in 2022. When he's not fulfilling his role as account manager and problem solver, he enjoys pursuing outdoor adventures with his family. Secretary – Kate Tarnowksi Kate graduated with a degree in International Studies from Loyola University Chicago and entered the mobility industry via the Intercultural and Language Training department at Cendant Mobility. She moved to Seattle, WA in support of the Microsoft account and shifted from coordinating language training programs to managing the full life cycle for new hire moves into the US and Canada. Following her time at Microsoft, Kate spent a year as the on-site consultant for Starbucks Coffee Company before joining the Global Mobility, Tax, and Immigration team there. During her time with Starbucks, Kate owned the domestic relocation programs (US and Canada), and supported international permanent transfers and immigration processes. Most recently, Kate has joined The Walt Disney Company as Global Mobility Partner, Manager. Throughout her career, Kate’s focus has been providing an exceptional customer experience. She prides herself on building trust and being a consistent and reliable subject matter expert. Communications Co-Chair– Mary Corrales For over twenty years, Mary (LaRocca) Corrales has been a passionate leader in the Mobility Industry. After earning her degree in English Literature from Arizona State University, Mary began her career as a Relocation Counselor, helping companies move their employees across the globe. She’s held functions in Customer Service and Sales on the Relocation Management Company side with Prudential, BGRS and Cornerstone Relocation Group. Mary then explored her interest in hospitality and joined the team at Synergy Global Housing in 2020 as Director of Global Business Development. In her spare time, Mary enjoys traveling with her family, practicing yoga and supporting The New York Yankees.
Communications Co-Chair - Jodi Lindemann Vice President, Client Services | Cartus Relocation Jodi has been in the relocation industry for over 25 years, nearly all with Cartus, working in Operations, Business Development, Account Management, and Supply Chain Management. In her current role as Vice President, Global Talent Management, Jodi oversees global operations and account management for her client portfolio. Jodi served eight years on the Bay Area Mobility Management (BAMM) board, including the President and Vice President positions, and is a current member of BAMM and PRC (Portland Relocation Council). She is a past member of the Human Resources Association of the Treasure Valley (HRATV), Employee Relocation Council (ERC), and Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC). She earned her Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) Certification in June 2005. Jodi loves spending time with her family and friends and traveling in her spare time. She resides in Clayton, California, with her twin daughters, Kelsi and Ryley, and her husband, Doug. Website/Technology - Ryan Francis Director, Global Business Development | Chipman Relocation & Logistics Ryan is the Director of Global Business Development for Chipman Relocation & Logistics and has been in the relocation industry for over 12 years, more specifically the household goods side of things with roles involving customer service, operations, and sales. He's been involved with PRC for 6 years as a member and attendee and is looking forward to getting more involved and being a regular contributor! Outside of work, Ryan is an avid sports fan and loves spending his free time with his wife and two kids boating, camping, just about anything outdoors, and watching a lot of youth soccer... like a lot of youth soccer.
Events Chair – LeeAnn Larsen District General Manager | SuiteAmerica LeeAnn is the District General Manager for SuiteAmerica and has worked in the relocation industry for 20 years. She resides in Beaverton with her husband of 38 years and has 5 grown children and one granddaughter. In her spare time, LeeAnn enjoys hiking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family. Sponsorship Co-Chair – Erin Weber Director, Brand & Community | Envoy Global Erin is the Director of Brand & Community at Envoy Global, the technology leader in global immigration and workforce mobility. A passionate marketer and storyteller, she and her team utilize various digital channels to engage audiences and provide educational resources to help navigate the immigration process. Prior to Envoy Global, Erin held various roles at a boutique content marketing agency based in Chicago. Erin joined the PRC Board in 2024 and also serves as Vice President of the Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC). She has been involved with Worldwide ERC®'s Young Professionals (YP) Task Force since 2020. Outside of work, Erin can be found hiking and biking around the PNW with her husband and dog, checking restaurants off her list and cheering for the Iowa Hawkeyes and the Portland Thorns. Bylaws Chair - Sarah Moon Sarah Moon was introduced to the relocation industry in 2015 and joined the Portland Relocation Council as a member at that time. Sarah has volunteered on the Membership Committee in 2017 and was an Education Co-chair from 2018 – 2021. Sarah is looking forward to serving as the Social Responsibility Chair and feels very passionate about this opportunity. She currently holds the role of Talent Mobility Consultant on the Nike Talent Mobility Team where she partners with HR and business leaders on strategy for Nike’s mobile workforce. Sarah received her bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and her area of focus is business leadership and human resource management. Like many Oregonians Sarah is a transplant as she was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas but has been proud to call Oregon home since 2007. Sarah is an outdoor enthusiast, active volunteer at the Oregon Food Bank, and has a passion for photography. In her spare time, she enjoys going to concerts, thrifting, finding hidden camping spots as well as exploring new restaurants in the Portland area. Corporate Membership - Matt Allis Talent Mobility Consultant | Nike Matt has been a part of the mobility industry for the past ten years. Originally with Cartus, Matt consulted on varying accounts from emerging markets to global leaders such as Electronic Arts, Textron, NIKE and more. In 2018 Matt and his family relocated to support in the creation of the NIKE On-site program on behalf of Cartus in partnership with the NIKE Talent Mobility team at their world headquarters in Beaverton, OR. After a rewarding few years growing the on-site program to a global presence Matt took a position with Vestas Wind Technologies representing their mobility function for North America. In what is now a full circle, Matt recently accepted a role with NIKE to join their Talent Mobility consulting team. He lives in Beaverton, OR with his wife and two amazing daughters, three dogs and two cats. Matt is very excited to support PRC by representing their new role as the Corporate Membership Chair! Supplier Membership - Scott O'Neill, CRP, GMS-T VP Global Business Development |JK Moving With over 25 years’ experience in the relocation and household goods industry, Scott has extensive experience assisting clients in providing innovative solutions for their mobility needs. Currently, he is the VP of Global Business Development for JK Moving. Scott is an active member of Worldwide ERC, as well as with several other regional groups and holds his CRP and GMS-T designations. In 2005, he founded the Portland Relocation Council (PRC) and served as their first President of the Board for five years. He is also the current Sponsorship Chair for the Puget Sound Relocation Council (PSRC). Scott is a graduate from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration marketing. Education Co-Chair - Vini Valverde, GMS Vini Valverde is the Director, Global Mobility for UPS; where he oversees Global Mobility, Expat Tax and Immigration programs. Vini has over 15 years of industry experience in various Mobility roles including being an expat, worked for a relocation management provider and on the corporate HR side (for the past 10 years). Vini Valverde is a passionate global mobility professional who is very involved in our mobility community. He is the Sponsorship co-chair at Portland Relocation Council; Senator/Ambassador for Global Mobility Journeys; also past-President for Rocky Mountain Relocation Council. He has been guest lecturer at Universities. Most recently, he was selected as The Most Admired Global Mobility Corporate Professional of 2022. Vini was born in Brazil and has lived more than half of his life outside of his home country. His passion for the Global Mobility arena comes from his love of languages, travel and living abroor travel and the outdoors. During his spare time, he enjoys hiking, inline skating, biking, cooking at their outdoor kitchen, and ad in Italy for 3 years. LaMonica Hummel, CRP, GMS-T, SGDS, Vice President, Relocation Director/Director of Business Development for Windermere Relocation covering Western Washington, California, Utah, Oregon, Colorado and Nevada. LaMonica has been involved in the mobility industry since 2000, with Windermere, Prudential, Cartus and Mayflower. LaMonica has earned the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Global Mobility Specialist - Talent (GMS-T), Global Destination Specialist (SGDS) designations and holds a Managing Broker’s License for the State of Washington. Prior to joining the relocation industry, LaMonica was Vice President of Human Resources, for OUM Insurance Company. Currently, LaMonica serves on the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC) Board of Directors 2024-2026, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LRE) Relocation Advisory Board (RAC) 2023-2025, Portland Relocation Council Board (PRC) Co-Education Chair 2024-2025. Sponsorship Co-Chair - Bryan Rivers Program Manager, Relocation | First Tech Federal Credit Union Bryan is the Relocation Banking Program Manager at First Tech Federal Credit Union. He’s responsible for managing a suite of banking and lending products dedicated to US inbound transferees. Bryan has been helping transferees acclimate to the U.S. banking system since 2011. He partners with employers, RMCs, and others in mobility to help those transferees land on “both feet” (financially) as they enter the country. Bryan’s been a member of PRC since 2018 and is involved with a handful of regional councils on the west coast including Puget Sound Relocation Council in Seattle. Bryan lives near Sacramento, California with his family and stays busy gardening, cooking outdoors and fishing. He enjoys watching his boys wrestle and play basketball and football in high school. Past President/Chairperson – Katie Rudnick Katie has 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 18 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is an Account Executive for PNC Bank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West and Mountain regions. Katie's career in mortgage began with 15 years at Bank of America where she worked at almost every level of the mortgage origination process before becoming a VP, Client Relations Manager in 2006. Katie is an active member of WERC and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. She resides in Beaverton with her husband and their 2 children and has a passion for her Oregon Ducks football team and spending time outdoors and at the Oregon Coast. Corporate Advisor – Tom Wagner As a Third Culture Kid raised in the highlands of Papua New Guinea, Global Mobility has always been a part of Tom’s life. After returning to the US, he tried his hand at a few different industrial professions and found a natural fit as an auto mechanic, eventually working his way through college and graduating with a degree in Recreation Administration. This led to roles in Corporate Wellness, Worklife Balance programming, and International Benefits, which created the path to Global Mobility and an 18 year run (so far) in this crazy profession. Although he’s served on many boards in various capacities, this is Tom’s first appointment to an ERC regional board and he’s excited to be a part of this amazing group. Some of Tom’s favorite activities to help with his work-life balance include visiting with friends and family, dirt biking, skiing, tending to his grapevines, playing soccer, and climbing onto the pickleball bandwagon. |
