Katie has nearly 20 years’ experience in the mortgage industry including 14 years in Relocation Mortgage. Currently she is Director, National Accounts for EverBank Relocation and Affinity Lending, where she is responsible for both new business development and account management for the West Coast and Mountain regions. Prior to joining EverBank she served as Director, Sales and Account Management for Premia Relocation Mortgage and spent 15 years at Bank of America where she worked at almost every level of the mortgage origination process before becoming a VP, Client Relations Manager. Katie is an active member of WERC and several other Regional Relocation groups and has held her CRP since 2007. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Vice President – Wendy Sanman

Wendy is the Business Development Manager for Oakwood Worldwide representing both Oakwood Worldwide brands — Oakwood and ExecuStay. Wendy is celebrating 20 years of service with Oakwood. Wendy is one of the original founding members of Portland Relocation Council. She is a graduate of the University of Oregon. She attends both BAMM and PNWRC meetings.

Lisa Skillman is a Supplier Relationship Analyst at XPO Enterprise Services, Inc. Lisa manages the Employee Relocation program and the overall relationship with XPO’s relocation services supplier at XPO Enterprise Services. She originally joined XPO (then CNF Service Company) as a Corporate Internal Auditor in 2003 from KPMG, LLP where she worked as an Audit Associate. Prior to KPMG, she was a Staff Accountant at Andersen LLP from 2000 to 2002. Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oregon State University.

John Mueller is a native Oregonian who has lived in the Portland area all his life. John’s formal schooling is in Accounting, but his passion is in all things real estate! After a number of years of being self employed, John entered the relocation industry as a Personal Move Manager with Archibald Relocation in 2013. With a widely varied background as both an owner and employee in retail and manufacturing, medical expenses management, and real estate investing and contracting, John has experience that ties in neatly with all the varied facets of a relocation. John also holds his Oregon Real Estate Brokers license. He enjoys the variety of situations that come up in relocation – no one move is the same! John and his wife have two grown children and enjoy traveling, spending time with extended family and being active in the outdoors.

Kayla has over 23 years of experience in the relocation industry with a strong focus on relocation, immigration and international assignments. She began her career with Tektronix, with a focus on the Domestic and International Relocation, Foreign Assignments and U.S. Immigration programs. In 2009, Kayla joined the Mobility team at Nike. She is a graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Education degree. Kayla was the treasurer of the Portland Relocation Council prior to her current position.

Jana has over 18 years of experience in the corporate housing industry. She is the General Manager for ABODA Global Housing. Prior to moving to Portland, Jana relocated five times with her family, which gives her unique insight in to the relocation process and its challenges. Jana has held several positions on the Portland Relocation Council board, is a member of WERC and Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA).

Debbie currently oversees program and policy design, process improvement, technology solutions, partner (vendor) management and data analytics and insights for Nike’s Talent Mobility Center of Excellence.  Prior to her position at Nike, Debbie managed Global Mobility and Immigration programs for several leading multinationals (Amazon and T-Mobile) and has an extensive background in Talent Acquisition. Debbie is a certified Sr. Professional of Human Resources (SPHR) and is also a Global Mobility Specialist (GMS). Debbie has also served on the Pacific Northwest Relocation Council Board.

Ryan Brown is the Senior Compensation Analyst for Blount International Inc., a global manufacturer and marketer of replacement parts, equipment, and accessories for the forestry, lawn, and garden; farm, ranch, and agriculture; and concrete cutting and finishing markets. Blount sells its products in more than 115 countries around the world. After graduation Ryan launched his career in Wilsonville, where he began his journey in HR support services. He was quickly promoted into a mobility role supporting a consulting division of expats. It was in this capacity that he developed a love for global mobility. Soon afterwards he continued onto Blount where he currently works with the mobility community and continues to grow his knowledge. Ryan is currently serving on the PRC board as education chair to help share his passion of constant education. Ryan holds a Bachelors of Business Administration – Human Resources Management and General Management. He also holds his PHR and is an active member of several professional groups. He is working towards acquiring an MBA.

Jessica is a long-time resident of Oregon with more than 20 years in hospitality. As Business Development Manager for Paragon Corporate Housing, she is dedicated to helping clients live like they're home, even when they're not. Jessica joined PRC in 2013, volunteering in various roles she currently serves as Co-Chair on the membership education committee.

Ross has over 30 years of experience in moving and storage and corporate relocation. He has been with Alexander’s Mobility Services — the leading Atlas Van Lines agent — in a business development, account and project management role since 1987. Ross is a member of Atlas’ Presidents Club and the PNWRC, and has been involved with the Portland Relocation Council since its inception and is very proud to serve as Chair of Social Responsibility. “The needs are great, but we will do what we can every day in hopes of making a difference in someone’s life.”

Barry has many years of widely varied experience in real estate and relocation, following a very successful 25-year career as a VP of Sales/General Manager for a national communications company. After several years as a real estate professional and associate broker, Barry was promoted to Senior Director of Business Development and then Vice President of Relocation Services & eBusiness. He is very active in the community and believes in giving back. He has served as a past President of a local Chamber of Commerce and worked over the years with organizations such as First Tee & Children Hospital.

Casey is the Founder of Sustainably Organized. She has been Portland's Home Organizer and involved in the relocation industry since 2013. She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Industrial Engineering and spent 10 years working for a national non-profit in project management, operations, finance and program development. Casey is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the Institute for Challenging Disorganization (ICD). She holds Level II Certifications from ICD in Chronic Disorganization, Time Management and ADHD. Casey is also involved with The Portland Pearl Rotary, Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Junior League.

Beth is the Founder of Archibald Relocation & Real Estate Services. She has been involved in the relocation industry since 1984. She served as the Worldwide ERC President in 2005 and Chairperson in 2006, is the recipient of the Worldwide ERC "Hall of Leaders" award and two-time recipient of the WERC President's award as the co-author of the WERC Brokers Market Analysis and on the most recent committee to update the form, is a trainer, author and speaker nationwide. She was the 2012 President of the Relocation Directors Council a nationwide organization of relocation directors and Chairperson in 2013. Beth is the Past President and currently serves as the Chairperson for the Portland Relocation Council. She holds her SCRP and SGMS Worldwide ERC designations, and is a member of the Portland Board of Realtors.
